How it works
- A user leaves a review about a sale, service, employer, employee, restaurant, food item, or tradesman.
- The accused or reviewed party can submit a defense and offer peace through the response flow.
- Admins moderate the record while preserving audit history and resolution state.
Stats & Integration
Contract: always pass `platform`, `target_id`, and `subject_type`. Add `subject_user_id` for user-to-user reviews so the accused can be linked directly to the case.
